CHRISTOPHER WELLS
VP Operations

Christopher has a varied background, which includes environmental consulting, construction management and as a remodeling contractor. He graduated From Rutgers Universities School of Environmental and Agricultural Sciences in 1986 with a B.S. degree in Environmental Management. In addition, Chris is a Senior Environmental Scientist with Tabbara Corporation, an environmental consulting firm. When not working he likes to spend his time remodeling his house, buying antiques and participating in sports.

Ever since THE EMIZEN Group began operations, our goal was clear; "To build quality custom homes and commercial projects with constant innovation."

Our Team members are always working hand in hand with our customers to create their own custom building design that will fit their every need. From the planning process and the inspections, to the financing and closing, we partner with our customers every step of the way. We have the responsibility to always put our client needs first to cater to his or her dreams. We understand that building construction should be a positive and efficient experience that will have our customers glad they dealt with a serious and reliable company.

We are currently working on some amazing and innovative home renovations and designs in the Ventura and Los Angeles county areas.

MIKE TABBARA

Mayada has travelled all over the world and worked in Saudi Arabia before settling down in LA. Otherwise known in the office as the networker, Mayada’s charm and willingness to talk to anyone and everyone has been key to building our large local client base.

Despite her fondness for chit chat, Mayada is a bit of a movie worm and likes nothing more than a night in with a good movie.

Mike always dreamed of running his own construction company and in 1979 started Sand Land in Saudi Arabia building hi-rises and luxury homes from a young age. He developed a passion for construction and began taking construction management classes while still in college. He graduated from the University of Missouri in 1974 with a B.S. degree in civil engineering.

In addition Mike oversees Tabbara Corporation an environmental consulting firm that he started in 2009 and still in operation.

He’s a dog person, and enjoys his four grand-kids.

Lara Tabbara has over 12 years experience in the financial services industry, focusing on the sales and marketing of business banking products, worked for various institutions such as JP Morgan Chase, and Wells Fargo. Bringing her expertise and relationships with these banks and the many businesses she has helped over the years, to assist in growing our footprint in California.

Lara attended the University Of Missouri, where she studied Journalism, she is fluent in both French and Arabic.

LARA TABBARA

BILL SCHNEIDER
Senior Project Manager

Bill oversees construction & renovation projects within our Commercial and Residential Division. Bill is a results oriented, hands on construction and development professional with over 30 years of expertise in all facets of the residential and commercial construction industry.

 

Bill’s experience in demolition, construction and project management facilitated his decision to become a General Contractor where his company provided services throughout California and Arizona. He later sold his company and provided services to the insurance industry as an Independent Claims Consultant, his duties included project management along with identifying, analyzing and preparing construction claims and disputes for construction and engineering projects throughout the United States.

 

Bill’s experience includes CB Richard Ellis as a Sr. Project Manager and J.P. Morgan Chase as Vice President, Senior Project Manager, where he successfully managed of a variety of complex multi-discipline tenant build-out and ground up construction projects throughout Southern California.

 

Bill holds certificates in Project Management, LEED Green, OSHA 30-Hour and has a California State Contractors License.
